- Log in to your account on connexionfrance.com
- Go to My Account - Newsletters
- Tick the newsletters you would like to receive
- Save your changes
Please allow a short time for any changes to take effect.
Not receiving newsletters despite being subscribed?
If you have already subscribed to a newsletter but are not receiving it:
- Check your spam or junk mail folder
- Make sure you are logged in using the correct email address
- Verify that the newsletter is enabled in your My Account - Newsletters section
- Add our email addresses (news@connexionfrance.com and contact@connexionfrance.com) to your contacts or safe sender list
