Subscriptions are paid in advance for set terms and we do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused time remaining on a subscription.
If you change your mind shortly after purchasing a subscription, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of signing up.
You will need to do this by writing to:

For print subscriptions, any copies of The Connexion already sent to you must be returned unopened in their original packaging. Written cancellation instructions and any copies received must reach us by the 21st day of the month in which your subscription started.
