To check your subscription details, please:
- Make sure you are logged in. If not logged in yet, please do so using the email address currently linked to your subscription. Also, do make sure you enter the email address linked to your account and/or subscription. If you enter an email address not associated with an account, it will not work.
- Once logged in click on 'My Account' and your subscription details will be visible there.
