If your automatic subscription renewal payment has failed or been declined, our system will automatically attempt to retry the charge over the next few days. To avoid any interruption to your service or a subscription termination, please update your billing or card details as soon as possible.
If you received an email notification from contact@connexionfrance.com, please follow the instructions and link in the email.

Follow these simple steps to update your payment information:
Log in and go to My Account
- Log into your account on connexionfrance.com and navigate to your 'My Account' dashboard
- Click on the Subscriptions tab (indicated by the red arrow at the top on the screenshot below)
Access your payment methods
- In the central subscription management box, look for Payment Methods
Add, Edit, or Remove card information
Depending on what you need to do, follow one of the options below:
- To add a completely new card:
Enter your card information and ensure it is designated as your active, primary payment option.
If you are adding a new bank card, please make sure it has already been activated before updating your subscription payment details. For security reasons, some new cards will not work for online payments until they have been activated - for example by making a purchase using your PIN or using the card at an ATM.
Please note that your bank may ask you to authenticate the card update via your banking app or by entering a code sent by text message. It is normal for the verification request to display €0.00 or €1.00 (voided immediately), as this is only used to validate the card and is not an actual charge.
Once the new card details have been successfully registered, the renewal payment should be attempted again automatically.
(Tip: You can also set up a backup payment method here to prevent future renewal failures!)
- To update or remove an existing card:
Click on your current card format (i.e.: the entry showing your card network and the last 4 digits).
This will open your specific details layout where you can click 'Edit Payment Method' to change card details or 'Remove Payment Method' to delete an old card entirely.
