To view your subscription details in My Account, you must be logged in using the email address linked to your subscription.
If your subscription details are not visible:
- Check that you are logged in with the email address used to purchase your subscription.
- If you have more than one email address, try logging out and logging back in using the email address that receives your subscription emails and receipts.
- Please note that registering multiple emails, accounts or login methods can cause confusion, access issues, and even duplicate billing.
As per our Terms and Conditions we recommend you only register and use one email address on our website.
- Refresh the page after logging in.
If you are logged in with the correct email address but still cannot see your subscription details, please contact us and provide the email address linked to your subscription so that we can investigate.
Apple users
If you use an Apple device and selected Sign in with Apple, you may have chosen Apple's Hide My Email option.
This creates a private email address (often ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com) which is different from your usual email address.
If your subscription was purchased using your normal email address, signing in with a private Apple email address may create a separate account that does not contain your subscription details.
If this happens, please try logging in with the email address used to purchase your subscription.
