You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time directly from your online My Account dashboard.
'Cancelling' does not terminate your subscription with immediate effect. If you cancel, it will switch off the automatic renewal process and set your current subscription to expire at the end of its term. For example, if you purchase a 100% Digital subscription for 1 year on September 1 and 'cancel' on December 1, your subscription will stay active until August 31 of the following year and will expire then.
To cancel, please follow these steps*:
Log in to your account and navigate to your My Account area.
Click on the Subscriptions tab.
Under your subscription details, click the Cancel Subscription link
On the next screen, you can optionally provide a reason for cancellation. Click the blue Confirm Cancellation button to finalise your request
Once confirmed, your account page will display a notification showing the date your subscription is scheduled to end. Your access will remain fully active until this date.
Reactivating your subscription?
If you change your mind and decide you want to keep your subscription active before the expiration date arrives, simply click the 'Remove scheduled cancellation' link on your subscription details box to instantly reinstate your automatic renewal.
Remember to check your billing details to ensure they are up to date or the renewal payment will fail.
