You cannot update your shipping details online. Please contact us to get your details updated. Provide the email linked to your subscription when making contact, as well as the new and old address.
Shipping details are only relevant for subscribers on a Print + Digital subscription plan.
If you have a Print + Digital subscription, you can update your delivery address from My Account when logged in to our website.
Updating your address
You can update your delivery address yourself, provided the new address remains within the same shipping zone:
- France → France
- International → International (for example, UK to Spain)
If your new address requires a change of shipping zone (for example, France to the UK, or the UK to France), please contact us so that we can update your subscription accordingly.
Check your address format
Please ensure that your address is complete and correctly formatted before saving any changes.
For French addresses, you can verify the formatting using La Poste's address validation tool:
