You can check which is the email address linked to your user account from your My Account area on the 'Profile' tab, when logged in.
If you wish to change/update it, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account and navigate to your My Account area.
Click on the Profile tab
Update your email field to your new preferred address and save your changes.
Important things to note before changing your email:
Email already in use: If the new email address you want to switch to is already linked to another user profile or past account in our system, you will not be able to save the change. If this happens, please contact our Support Team and we will manually merge or transfer your details for you.
Avoid multiple accounts: Registering multiple email addresses, profile accounts, or differing login methods can cause significant system confusion, digital access issues, and can even trigger accidental duplicate billing. Please stick to using one email/ID on our website.
⚠️ Apple Users: Confusion can occur when using Apple devices due to features like "Sign in with Apple" or Apple's Hide My Email functions. These features generate randomized, hidden placeholder emails (like
@privaterelay.appleid.comor@private.icloud.com) to mask your real address. If you accidentally log in using one of these tools, a duplicate hidden account will be created automatically.
