Please make sure that all of the fields on the payment page are correctly filled out.
Payments taken on our website or by phone are processed in euros.
We can take any Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Please note that we do not accept PayPal or Maestro.
If your card is not euro-denominated, your bank will undertake the conversion into the card’s currency.
Please note that your bank may ask you to authenticate the card payment via your banking app or by entering a code sent by text message.
If you are using a new bank card, please make sure it has already been activated before updating your subscription payment details. For security reasons, some new cards will not work for online payments until they have been activated - for example by making a purchase using your PIN or using the card at an ATM.
