If you are using an Apple device (iPhone, iPad or Mac) and are experiencing login issues on connexionfrance.com, the problem is often related to saved passwords, Safari settings or Apple's sign-in features.
Check your saved password
If you use iCloud Keychain, Safari may be automatically filling an old or incorrect password.
Please try:
- Manually entering your email address and password instead of using autofill
- Checking your saved password in iCloud Keychain
- Using the Forgot Password option if necessary
Check which email address you are using
If you selected Sign in with Apple, you may have chosen Apple's Hide My Email option.
This creates a private email address (often ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com) which may be different from the email address linked to your subscription.
If your subscription is associated with your normal email address, signing in with a private Apple email address may result in you accessing a different account that does not contain your subscription details.

Check Safari settings
If you are experiencing repeated login requests or difficulty staying logged in:
- Open Settings on your device.
- Select Safari.
- Temporarily disable Prevent Cross-Site Tracking.
- Close Safari completely and reopen it.
- Try logging in again.
You may also wish to clear Safari's cache and cookies before trying again.
Try another browser
If the issue persists, try accessing connexionfrance.com using Chrome, Firefox or another browser. This can help determine whether the problem is related to Safari.
